Job summary

Continuum Resource Network is seeking a Logistics Associate 1 to support warehouse operations, inventory control, and materials flow across production environments. You will manage material movements, assist with kitting, and ensure accurate deliveries to assembly and base operations teams.

Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Day 1 safety shoes and compliance with PPE are required.

Qualifications

• Ensure accurate inventory management and material flow.
• Assist kitting and lineside delivery to production areas.
• Execute milk-run operations and support production scheduling.
• Maintain 5S standards and keep the workspace clean and organized.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and internal teams.
• Pass background, MVR, and drug screen as required.
• Meet Day 1 safety shoe requirement and safety policy.

Responsibilities

• As Logistics Associate 1, manage warehouse material flow to dock, production, and shipping using various conveyance methods.
• Use systems to input and retrieve inventory data and process material movements.
• Assess material needs for assigned production areas and pull materials per schedule.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies through physical verification and system updates.
• Support indirect material storage and logistics across internal teams.
• Uncrate critical components for general assembly customers and ensure on-time delivery.
• Adhere to safety standards and 5S practices in daily tasks.
