Job summary

Elkay Interior Systems is seeking a Logistics Associate for our Fond du Lac distribution center, combining office and warehouse duties. You will support shipping and receiving, enter data, generate labels, and help ensure accurate documentation and timely shipments.

Under supervision, you will use our ERP system, perform packing, staging with forklifts, inventory counts, and assist in cycle counting while maintaining safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two to four years related shipping or distribution experience.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
• Demonstrated knowledge of computers and Data Processing.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation requirements for domestic and international transport.

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase order receipts and generate required labels/documentation.
• Process shipments in the ERP system for invoicing and close out shipments.
• Stack and track shipments, prepare Bills of Lading and packing lists.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to unload/load shipments.
• Perform cycle counting and inventory transfers.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
