Job summary

Elkay Interior Systems is seeking a Logistics Associate for our Fond du Lac distribution center. The role balances 50% office duties with 50% warehouse floor work to support shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.

You will enter receipts, generate shipment documents, and coordinate with carriers to ensure accurate, timely deliveries. Under the Logistics Manager, you will perform cycle counts, manage Bills of Lading, and maintain orderly records in our ERP system.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two to four years related shipping or distribution experience.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
• Demonstrated ability to complete tasks without supervision while troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase order receipts and generate labels or documents as required.
• Process small parcel shipments using web-based shipping programs and generate end-of-day paperwork.
• Generate Bills of Lading and packing lists using ERP or carrier systems; schedule pickups.
• Track shipments and file shipping documents; perform cycle counts as required.
• Operate power tools safely to pack and crate materials for shipment.
