Qualifications

• No prior logistics experience required; full training provided.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Ability to learn freight brokerage concepts quickly.
• Comfort with using technology platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

• Learn freight brokerage basics, carrier relations, load management and customer service.
• Support daily logistics operations such as load tracking, scheduling and real-time problem solving.
• Collaborate with sales and carriers to ensure efficient freight movement and great customer experiences.
• Get exposed to technology platforms that drive logistics operations.
• Participate in a structured training program to build knowledge, confidence and skills.
• Build professional relationships with team members, customers and carriers.
