Job summary

Carvana in Ohio is hiring for an entry-level Loader/Inventory Associate responsible for staging and prepping inventory vehicles for transport and delivery. Use handheld scanners, log locations, and conduct multi-point inspections to ensure accuracy and safety.

The role offers an hourly pay range of $17-$19, with company-paid medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, 104 hours of PTO in the first year, and opportunities to gain certifications and advance to Driver roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a computer, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Ability to work as part of a team with customers, managers and coworkers.
• Capacity to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Willingness to work variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Use handheld scanning equipment to log vehicle locations and troubleshoot inventory location.
• Accurately receive, organize, locate, and stage inventory vehicles on-lot.
• Multi-point inspections of inventory vehicles and complete inspection reports.
• Consistently meet processing and quality standards.
• Maintain lot and workspace areas.
• Safely operate company-owned vehicles.
• Fuel inventory vehicles as needed.
