Job summary

Carvana in Ohio is hiring for an entry-level Loader/Inventory Staging role. You will stage inventory vehicles for inbound/outbound transport and direct delivery, using handheld scanners to log locations and ensure accuracy, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires ability to work outdoors, lift and move vehicles, and operate a computer/tablet. A valid driver’s license and the willingness to work variable schedules are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to operate a computer, tablet and handheld scanner.
• Able to work as a team and with customers and coworkers.
• Able to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Able to work variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Use handheld scanning equipment to log vehicle locations and troubleshoot inventory location.
• Accurately receive, organize, locate, and stage inventory vehicles on-lot to standards.
• Perform multi-point inspections and complete inspection reports.
• Meet processing and quality standards consistently.
• Maintain lot and workspace areas.
• Safely operate company-owned vehicles.
• Fuel inventory vehicles as needed.
