Job summary

Teknor Apex is seeking a Logistics Associate for 1st shift (6:45AM – 3:00PM) at our Pawtucket, RI location. You will stage truck shipments, process customer returns, and handle UPS orders while keeping the shipping dock clean, safe, and organized.

Candidates should read and understand English, perform basic math, and be able to operate a forklift and electric hand truck. Good verbal and written communication skills are required; Teknor Apex systems experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Stage truck shipments in the Shipping Area.
• Process customer returns.
• Process UPS orders through the UPS system.
• Load Teknor or outside trucks for shipment, ensuring stretch wrapping when needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, safe work area on the shipping dock; check forklift daily.
• Experience with Teknor Apex computer systems preferred.

Job Requirements:

• Maintain a clean, neat, safe work area on the shipping dock. Check forklift daily prior to operating.
• Experience with Teknor Apex computer systems preferred.

Skills:

• Able to drive (or learn to drive) a forklift and to use an electric hand truck.
• Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
