Qualifications

• AAS degree with 2+ years equipment maintenance experience, or HS diploma with 5+ years related experience.
• AAS degree with 5+ years related experience, or HS diploma with 8+ years related experience.
• Associates in Engineering or Construction Technologies preferred.
• Ability to interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), system layouts, wiring diagrams, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations, maintenance, and repairs on utility systems, manufacturing equipment, and building systems in a cGMP environment.
• Troubleshoot off-nominal conditions and mechanical issues on manufacturing and utility equipment in a clean room.
• Locate faults and repair electrical equipment during off-nominal conditions.
• Complete daily Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance, coordinating workflow and documentation.
• Coordinate with Facilities Management and other departments during planned and unplanned work events.
• You bring a safety-minded focus and a drive for continuous improvement.

Location: Rensselaer, New York, United States
Shift: Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00am–4:30pm
Rotational on‑call support required

Discover Your Role

• Perform daily operations, maintenance, and repairs on utility systems, manufacturing equipment, and building systems in a cGMP environment

This Role Requires

• Process Tech II: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree, with 2+ years of related equipment maintenance experience, or high school diploma/GED with 5+ years of related experience
• Process Tech III: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree, with 5+ years of related equipment maintenance experience, or high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of related experience
• Associates in Engineering or Construction Technologies preferred
• Ability to interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), system layouts, wiring diagrams, and specifications
• Prior equipment maintenance or related experience requiring mechanical skills
• Commitment to compliance with regulatory, corporate, and site‑specific policies and procedures
• Ability to wear full cleanroom attire and remove jewelry, make‑up, and nail adornments
• Ability to work up to 10 hours in a clean room, including bending, climbing, reaching overhead, and lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs
