Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of a warehouse.
• Previous warehouse/shipping/receiving or forklift experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, and resolve discrepancies or damage.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move and organize materials.
• Help maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and tracking.
• Coordinate freight shipments, schedule pickups, and prepare shipping documentation.
• Keep shipping and inventory records accurate and up to date.
• Identify potential problems, communicate delays, and help find solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Pitch in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
