Our manufacturing team at Formlabs Ohio dba Spectra Photopolymers, located in Millbury, Ohio, is seeking a Logistics Assistant to help us deliver groundbreaking professional 3D printers to designers, engineers, researchers, and artists worldwide.

Responsibilities include:

1. Scheduling shipments and verifying outgoing contents.
2. Determining shipping methods and costs, printing labels with relevant information.
3. Receiving goods, supplies, and components, ensuring accuracy against BOL.
4. Packing items securely with fillers and padding, and securing cartons.
5. Ensuring shipments meet specifications and environmental procedures.
6. Documenting and managing returns of damaged or defective goods.
7. Preparing shipping labels and managing inventory records.
8. Organizing stockroom and maintaining computerized shipping records.
9. Processing shipments via FedEx, DHL, USPS, and managing pick orders.
10. Loading and unloading trucks using appropriate equipment.
11. Updating inventory systems to ensure data accuracy.

Communication: Engage with freight companies, suppliers, customers, and internal teams via phone, chat, or email.

Safety: Follow safety instructions relevant to the plant environment.
