Green Rabbit, recently acquired by Performance Food Group and operating under their Vistar segment, is seeking a 1st shift warehouse associate for our Bulk Production Area.

Starting Rate: $16.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, 7am - 5:30pm

Position Summary

The Bulk/Flex Warehouse Associate is responsible for assembling product boxes at a designated workstation, following standardized packing procedures. No system navigation or equipment operation is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble product boxes by inserting correct items, adding coolant/ice packs, and sealing/taping for shipment
  • Work at a fixed station, no zone movements
  • Follow SOPs for packing and safety
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation
  • Meet productivity and quality targets
  • Collaborate with supervisors to resolve packing issues
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • 6+ months warehouse/distribution experience
  • Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime
  • English language proficiency in speaking, hearing, reading, and writing
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly (10-90 pounds)
  • Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry)
  • Pass post-offer drug test and background check
