Join our Team

As a Logistics and Material Handler, you'll be responsible for material handling, inventory accuracy, equipment operation, and safety compliance. You will work closely with production, quality, maintenance, sanitation, logistics teams to ensure seamless warehouse operations. This role also involves loading trucks for customer deliveries and pickups, and managing third-party logistics (3PL) shipments, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, proper load balancing, and adherence to shipping schedules. Your attention to detail and efficiency will help us maintain on-time deliveries and exceptional service for our customers.

What You'll Do

Material Handling & Inventory Management

• Receive, store, and distribute raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods in alignment with production schedules.
• Ensure accurate tracking of materials using ERP system (QAD).
• Conduct cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and prevent shortages.
• Properly label, organize, and store materials for easy access and efficient warehouse operations.
• Stage materials for production to support continuous operation and minimize downtime.

Operational Efficiency

• Deliver raw materials and packaging supplies on time to support production schedules.
• Minimize material waste and optimize warehouse processes.
