Job summary

RTX is seeking a Logistics Analytics Manager to lead a centralized team focused on data management, reporting, and BI for logistics. The role standardizes processes, defines data sources, and delivers data-driven solutions to improve service, flow, and efficiency across multiple sites.

You will partner with operations leaders to execute analytics strategies, develop a roadmap for metrics and forecasting, and drive innovation in reporting and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a related field and 10+ years of experience in analytics or supply chain roles.
• Previous leadership experience and team development responsibilities.
• Experience with Tableau/Power BI for dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a centralized analytics team across logistics functions.
• Develop data governance standards and a single source of truth for reports.
• Design dashboards and data platforms to improve service levels and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics and KPIs.
• Support hiring decisions and performance reviews for analytics staff.
• Drive process improvements and cost reduction through data-driven insights.
