Job summary

American Outdoor Brands seeks a Transportation and Logistics Analyst I to support end-to-end supply chain activities, focusing on global logistics, inventory analytics and cost-saving initiatives. The role reports to the Global Transportation Manager and collaborates with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

You'll analyze transportation and inventory data, prepare visuals for presentations, and help ensure on-time delivery while improving inventory availability and overall supply chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, Management or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Understanding of transportation/logistics/supply chain concepts highly preferred.
• Experience with big data and/or financial analysis.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office applications; strong Excel skills; ERP and TMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transportation and inventory data to decrease spend while improving efficiency.
• Analyze carrier options, manage relationships, report shipment issues, provide POD and export documentation.
• Assemble presentations translating data into visuals for stakeholders; ensure visuals are informative and attractive.
• Maintain import/export records for non-licensed shipments per CBP requirements.
• Coordinate transportation for events and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
