Job summary

Brightstar Lottery is hiring a Logistics Analyst in West Greenwich, RI to support domestic and international transportation operations. You will coordinate shipments across air, ocean, and truckload modes, evaluate freight options, and manage shipping documentation with internal teams and external partners.

You will analyze transportation data, monitor performance, and drive cost and service improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong collaboration with carriers and brokers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
4+ years in logistics/transportation or related field.
Advanced proficiency with Excel and transportation data analysis.

Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic and international shipments across air, ocean, FTL, and LTL.
Evaluate freight quotes and select carriers based on service and cost.
Prepare and validate shipping documents (BOL, INVOICES, etc.).
Monitor shipments, provide status updates, and resolve delays or customs holds.
Analyze transportation data and maintain KPI dashboards for performance improvements.
