Job Overview

This position involves developing and deploying workforce management strategies nationwide, partnering with leadership to identify business needs, and proposing effective solutions. Requires contact center experience with in-depth Workforce Management expertise, focusing on planning efforts. Ensures adequate staffing, identifies coverage gaps, maintains data integrity, and supports multiple plans based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop templates and complex formulas for workforce planning.
  2. Analyze trends in call handle time and volume to improve forecasts.
  3. Maintain headcount/FTE requirements and ensure staffing supports compliance.
  4. Identify coverage gaps, propose shifts, realignments, and hiring plans.
  5. Manage attrition capacity, PTO planning, and HR activities.
  6. Track performance metrics and align schedules accordingly.
  7. Update employee data within Workforce Management systems.
  8. Coordinate with training teams for optimal training schedules.
  9. Provide leadership with production reports.
  10. Support system integrity of Workforce Management software and tools.
Qualifications

Required: Associate degree or equivalent; 3-5 years in Workforce Management, call center operations, processes, and analytics; expert level experience preferred.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree; over 5 years of relevant experience; certifications like Six Sigma, PMI, Workforce Certification, etc.

Additional Details

Position is regional, supporting multiple plans. Salary range: $21.16 - $42.20/hour. Employment type: Full-time, Mid-Senior level, Management role within Healthcare industry. Equal Opportunity Employer.
