Job summary

HP Development Company, L.P. is seeking a Logistics Analyst to coordinate shipping activities at our central DC in Litchfield Park/Phoenix Arizona.

The role blends shop-floor coordination with analytics to ensure orders depart on time and in full, with 3PL partners and internal teams. You will monitor inbound/outbound operations, drive process improvements, and develop dashboards using Excel and Power BI to translate data into actionable plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations Management.
2+ years in outbound/shipping operations within a distribution, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with Excel and data-visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).
Experience with ERP/WMS platforms (SAP) and understanding of 4PL transportation processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee inbound and outbound operations ensuring timely order fulfillment and shipping per HP standards.
Lead process-improvement initiatives to optimize outbound flow and delivery performance.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehouse, IT, and Transportation teams to align shipments with customer requirements.
Track metrics (pick accuracy, fill rate, on-time ship) and implement countermeasures for drift.
