Job summary

HP, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Analyst to orchestrate shipping activities on-site at the Litchfield Park/Phoenix Arizona DC, blending operations with advanced analytics to ensure orders depart safely, on time, and in full.

You will collaborate with 3PL partners, Transportation, Customer Support, and IT to drive day-to-day execution and identify process improvements that boost customer experience, cost efficiency, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in outbound or shipping operations.
• Experience with ERP/WMS platforms (SAP) and 4PL transportation.
• Proficiency with Excel and a data-visualization tool (Power BI or Tableau).
• Strong communication and influence, able to lead 3PL and remote team.
• Understanding of domestic parcel, LTL, truckload shipping and export documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound/outbound operations ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Lead process improvements to optimize outbound flow and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehouse, IT, and Transportation teams.
• Track real-time metrics: pick accuracy, fill rate, on-time ship, dock-to-door time.
• Serve as contact for order expedites and shipment issues.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for outbound operations.
• Perform outbound quality audits and drive corrective actions.
• Train warehouse staff on picking, packing, shipping.
• Participate in projects on layout, packaging, and supply chain transformation.
• Analyze order, carrier, freight-cost data; develop dashboards and roadmaps.
