Responsibilities

Determine material requirements per production plans and manage disposition of all purchased parts via ERP system
Inventory control and securing material availability for production
Communicate with suppliers, initiate special transportation, plan inventory, resolve debit balances
Track and report deliveries and backorders from suppliers
Enter data in ERP system
Coordinate workflow between goods receipt, production and shipping
Coordinate material pickup from suppliers or storage
Manage inventory levels according to profit plan
Support material planning for new launches and builds
