Sensient Technologies Corporation is looking for a Logistics Analyst to optimize logistics, warehouse, and inventory operations in East St. Louis, IL.

This onsite role includes leading daily activities from order readiness to shipment, coordinating with transport providers, and partnering with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries. You’ll develop and monitor KPIs, analyze data to identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements that reduce costs while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Several years of experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, warehouse management, and inventory operations.
• Hands-on experience with inventory management, inventory accuracy, material control, and warehouse processes.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and shipping processes, carrier management, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems, KPI reporting, performance monitoring, and operational metrics.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis, trend identification, root-cause analysis, and actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement, optimize efficiency, and improve cost performance with leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily logistics and warehouse operations from order readiness through shipment completion.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, material movement, staging, and warehouse organization.
• Partner with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to prioritize orders and meet delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with transportation providers for timely pickups and reliable service.
• Support logistics ops through KPI reporting, data analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, root causes, and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement to optimize logistics and warehouse performance.
