Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Logistics Analyst in Crane, Indiana to support cradle-to-grave logistics for Navy NSWC programs. This on-site role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with inventory management and logistics software.

You will perform data entry, maintain inventory records, and coordinate material movement across receiving, storage, and production. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's with 2+ years (or an Associate with 4+ years), US citizenship, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience or associate's with 4+ years, or equivalent DoD logistics experience.
• Interim Secret clearance to start; ability to obtain Secret clearance. SAIC will sponsor the clearance process.
• U.S. citizen.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
• Experience with IPDM, ERP, WAWF and SharePoint.
• Inventory database management and tracking (receipts, issues, adjustments).
• Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and multi-task for multiple customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage the movement of material from receiving to storage or production.
• Develop material requirements from engineering specs and production schedules.
• Perform kitting of material for production.
• Work in a team environment.
• Ensure efficient flow of goods and information from origin to customer.
