Job summary

The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, have interim clearance to start with the ability to obtain a secret clearance, and be a US citizen. Ability to obtain an Explosive Certification within 30 days is required, with SAIC sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years' experience required; additional relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Interim clearance to start with ability to obtain secret clearance; SAIC sponsorship provided.
• Proficiency with DD1149 and DD1348 forms.
• Proficiency with ERP systems for inventory management and data entry.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management abilities.
• US Citizenship required; interim secret clearance to start with sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and manage DD1149 and DD1348 forms.
• Maintain organized records of forms and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Operate and manage ERP systems for inventory management and data entry.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of inventory data within the ERP system.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheet tools for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and generate inventory reports.
• Coordinate logistics activities including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to inventory levels or schedules.
• Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure procurement.
