Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 3+ years of experience in materials or related field.
• A background in manufacturing is desired.
• A background in trade, compliance, tariffs, and duties is desired.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics and supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Track product flows from origin to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate movement of materials and inventory.
• Develop and maintain logistics performance reports and key metrics, including on-time delivery, transportation costs, and order fulfillment rates.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize service levels, improve operational efficiency, and minimize costs.
• Recommend and implement improvements to logistics processes, transportation strategies, and distribution networks.
• Maintain logistics databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers to manage shipments, schedules, and freight costs.
• Support forecasting, cost analysis, and logistics planning through data modeling and evaluation of supply chain performance.
