Job summary

Flex, a diversified manufacturing partner, seeks a Logistics Manager in Columbia, SC to lead transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance.

In this role you will develop strategic logistics initiatives, implement continuous improvement, and manage carriers and systems to support SpinCo projects and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 8+ years of progressive logistics and supply chain experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution operations.
• Tariff and tariff code knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee transportation, distribution operations to ensure efficient flow across the supply chain.
• Develop and execute logistics strategies to optimize service levels and reduce costs.
• Establish, monitor and report KPIs including on-time delivery and freight spend.
• Partner with multiple teams to align logistics with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and mitigate risks.
• Oversee logistics systems, reporting tools, and data accuracy to support decision-making.
• Drive planning, forecasting, and resource allocation to support growth and customer satisfaction.
