Job summary

Epitec is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support prototype, pilot, and NPI programs by ensuring critical materials are available to meet development timelines. The role collaborates with engineering, procurement, logistics, and suppliers to maintain material flow and mitigate risks.

The position is 100% onsite in Mossville, IL, with a 12-month contract and a pay rate of $24–$26 per hour. Strong communication and ERP experience are valued for success in this role.

Qualifications

• HS diploma with 2+ years in supply chain, procurement, materials management, manufacturing, logistics, engineering support, or operations.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage materials required for prototype and pilot builds.
• Monitor critical material orders and resolve supplier delays and supply constraints.
• Create and maintain inventory and material status reports for stakeholders.
• Communicate material risks, supplier commitments, and schedule impacts to cross-functional teams.
• Partner with suppliers, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to support build schedules.

Now Hiring: Logistics Analyst

We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to support prototype, pilot, and new product introduction (NPI) programs by ensuring critical materials are available to meet aggressive development and launch timelines. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of product development and supply chain execution while partnering with engineering, procurement, logistics, and supplier teams.

Location: Mossville, IL
Pay: $24 - $26 am hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, First Shift (7:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage materials required for prototype and pilot builds.
• Monitor critical material orders and proactively resolve supplier delays, shortages, and supply constraints.
• Create and maintain inventory and material status reports for stakeholders.
• Communicate material risks, supplier commitments, and schedule impacts to cross-functional teams.
• Partner with suppliers, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to support build schedules and program milestones.
• Escalate critical supply chain issues and assist with mitigation and recovery plans.
• Support program reviews with supply chain updates, reporting, and risk assessments.
• Identify opportunities to improve material visibility, reporting accuracy, and overall supply chain performance.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, materials management, manufacturing, logistics, engineering support, or operations management; OR
• Associate's Degree in a related field; OR
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
