Acara Solutions is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support our client in Malta, NY in a hands-on warehouse environment. This entry-level role provides onsite training and no experience required.

You will document processes, create SOPs, and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and quality teams, using Oracle ERP and Excel to track inventory and improve operations. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) preferred.
• Strong writing skills and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Observe daily warehouse and logistics operations to understand material flow.
• Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process docs.
• Translate complex warehouse processes into easy-to-follow instructions.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, logistics, manufacturing engineers, and quality teams.
• Document process improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Support inventory movement, receiving, shipping, storage, kitting, and material handling.
• Utilize Oracle ERP to track transactions, work orders, and material movements.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and reflect current practices.
• Participate in Lean continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with semiconductor manufacturing standards and safety.

Job Details

• Observe daily warehouse and logistics operations to understand material flow and standard work processes.
• Develop, update, and maintain detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), visual aids, and process documentation.
• Translate complex warehouse processes into easy-to-follow instructions for warehouse associates and new employees.
• Partner with warehouse supervisors, logistics personnel, manufacturing engineers, and quality teams to validate process accuracy.
• Document process improvements and recommend updates to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Support inventory movement, receiving, shipping, storage, kitting, and material handling operations.
• Assist with assembly functions while ensuring proper documentation and process compliance.
• Utilize Oracle ERP to track inventory transactions, work orders, production activities, and material movement.
• Verify documentation accuracy and ensure work instructions reflect current operational practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles.
• Maintain compliance with semiconductor manufacturing standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
• Will be working in a warehouse environment to created work instructions for the warehouse staff. This candidate will observe, understand, and convey detailed work instructions.
