Job summary

A technology services provider in California is seeking a Logistics Administration Specialist to support training operations in logistics and administration. This role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, collaboration skills, and an active DoD Secret Clearance. The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in DoD or USMC programs and must be capable of maintaining accountability for Government Furnished Equipment. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of administrative or logistics experience supporting DoD or USMC programs.
• Experience working in classified or controlled facilities desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily site operations, logistics, and administrative functions.
• Maintains accountability of Government Furnished Equipment.
• Assists with instructor travel and scheduling.

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively

Detail-oriented with strong recordkeeping

Education

High school diploma or GED required

Associate’s degree preferred

GCSS-MC certification preferred

Microsoft Office Specialist Master Certification required within 90 days
