Job summary

Universal Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented logistics support specialist to process inbound and outbound shipping documents and enter data with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You will communicate load status, schedules, and issues with Walmart, carriers and internal teams, maintain organized records, assist with reporting and basic office tasks, and support yard management and appointment scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; TMS or WMS experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound shipping documents and enter data into systems with accuracy.
• Communicate load status, schedules, and issues with Walmart, carriers, and internal teams.
