Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.

Responsibilities

• Support customer-facing teams in managing day-to-day account activities
• Help analyze supply chain performance, pricing, and operational data
• Assist with shipment execution and identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency
• Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, pricing, sales, and capacity management
• Leverage technology and data insights to solve business challenges and improve outcomes
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational performance
• Build relationships across the organization while developing a deeper understanding of the transportation and logistics industry
• Develop your customer service and relationship management skills
• Learn how supply chains operate and the role logistics plays in the global economy
• Strengthen analytical and problem-solving abilities through real business challenges
