C.H. Robinson Worldwide is seeking an Account Management Intern for Summer 2027 in Grand Rapids, MI.

You will gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, customer strategy, data analytics, and relationship management while supporting day-to-day account activities. You’ll collaborate with operations, pricing, sales, and capacity teams, participate in meetings and strategic discussions, and learn how logistics drives global business.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Interest in customer relationship management, business strategy, and supply chain management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support customer-facing teams in managing day-to-day account activities.
• Help analyze supply chain performance, pricing, and operational data.
• Assist with shipment execution and identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency.
• Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, pricing, sales, and capacity management.
• Leverage technology and data insights to solve business challenges and improve outcomes.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational performance.
• Build relationships across the organization while developing a deeper understanding of the transportation and logistics industry.
