You will gain hands-on experience in CRM, transportation operations, data analytics, and business strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentors to build foundational skills for a career in logistics.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Communications or a related field.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Interest in customer relationship management, business strategy, and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Support customer-facing teams in managing day-to-day account activities.
• Help analyze supply chain performance, pricing, and operational data.
• Assist with shipment execution and identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency.
• Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, pricing, sales, and capacity management.
• Leverage technology and data insights to solve business challenges and improve outcomes.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational performance.
