About the Role:
CURA is seeking a service-driven Freight Account Executive to manage loads throughout their lifecycle. Your responsibilities include generating new business, acting as a liaison between customers and freight carriers, and collaborating with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to coordinate pickups and deliveries.
We offer industry-leading uncapped commissions up to 40%. Training pay starts at $50k, flexible based on experience. Fully ramped Freight Brokers/Freight Sales Representatives earn six figures+ annually. This is a 100% commission-based role after the training and ramp period. Candidates must be based in Tampa, FL, or willing to relocate.
