Eursdale Companies in partnership with USCG CG-AIR is seeking a senior Logistician III to oversee full-kit planning for Programmed Depot Maintenance, coordinate across logistics, engineering, supply, and production, and ensure on-time availability of kits and materials.

The role emphasizes extensive supply/logistics experience, independent judgment, and strong customer-service skills to prevent schedule delays and maintain accurate inventory within Concerto.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of supply/logistics experience.

• Ability to independently identify and resolve supply-related issues.
• Ability to organize and maintain accurate inventory and logistics records.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal Government oversight.

Responsibilities

• Support full-kit planning and execution for Programmed Depot Maintenance.
• Attend Theory of Constraints, Issue Resolution, Full Kit, Industrial Team, and other logistics meetings.
• Identify and report supply or kitting issues affecting production schedules.
• Monitor logistics performance against established goals and service requirements.
• Evaluate availability and allocation of materials, supplies, and finished products.
• Estimate quantities, costs, resources, and materials required for PDM kitting.
• Monitor receipt of equipment and material.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and make required kit adjustments.
• Track incoming components and verify identifying documentation.
• Report full-kit plans, progress, backorders, and delays.
• Maintain inventory and kit status information in Concerto and applicable inventory control locations.
• Maintain two-bin inventory systems.
• Maintain routed-asset information and supporting documentation.
• Respond to customer and management inquiries regarding kit status.
• Develop logistics training materials and process guides.
• Conduct internal audits of full-kit processes.
• Protect proprietary materials handled within CG-AIR.
• Support monthly updates to ATIP technical manuals.

Position Summary

We are seeking a senior-level Logistician III to support Programmed Depot Maintenance aviation kitting and supply operations at USCG CG-AIR. This position is responsible for monitoring and coordinating full-kit requirements, identifying supply constraints that could affect production, maintaining accurate inventory information, and working across logistics, engineering, supply, and production organizations to prevent schedule delays.
