Job summary

TrinityRail in Eagle Pass, TX is seeking a Logistic Supply Chain Admin to support import/export activities and material readiness for the plant. The role involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipping, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring required trade documentation is in order.

You will liaise with MX manufacturing facilities, the supply chain, suppliers, and logistics partners, with emphasis on accurate documentation (COs, MTRs, USMCA) and timely responses.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Work is prescribed and completed with autonomy.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides product, process or administrative support for Import and Export requirements on material readiness to clear USA and MX Customs.
• Serves as contact with MX Manufacturing Facilities, Supply Chain, Suppliers, Logistics and transport companies and US/MX Customs Brokers.
• Obtains Certificates of Origin, MTRs, USMCA documents, and matches invoices to receivers.
• Schedules materials for facility work centers and coordinates inbound/outbound shipping.
• Compiles and maintains inventory or daily production records.
• Assigns and records materials to job orders; conducts physical inventory.

In this position: You will provide product, process or give administrative support for the Import and Export requirements on material readiness to clear both USA and MX Customs, serves as permanent point of contact with MX Manufacturing Facilities, Supply Chain, Suppliers, Logistics and transport companies and US and MX Customs Brokers.

Duties may include but not limited to get Certificates of Origin, MTR’s, USMCA, matching invoices to receivers; scheduling materials for facility work centers; coordinating inbound and outbound shipping; compiling and maintaining inventory or daily production records; assigning and recording materials to job orders; conducting physical inventory.

• Capable of managing emails related to multiple topics and providing accurate and timely manner responses
• Run Queries to compare Inventory on hand, received and transferred
• Confirms all materials are 100% with the applicable Trade Compliance Requirements
