Position Details: Logistic Coordination Technician

Purpose of the position

As Logistic Coordination Technician you will respond to the Logistic coordinator and be part of the Logistic Department. You will support all the logistic and personnel logistics activities, including mobilization, demobilization, crew changes, travel arrangements, and documentation. The role ensures that all national and expatriate staff movements are carried out in compliance with company policies, client requirements, and legal regulations.

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

• Support the coordination of maritime transport logistics operations.
• Ensure the planning and monitoring of material and equipment shipments, guaranteeing delivery within established deadlines.
• Control inventories, manage warehouses, and coordinate loading and unloading activities.
• Maintain contact with freight forwarders, suppliers, shipping agents, and offshore teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations applicable to the Oil & Gas logistics sector.
• Prepare logistics reports (cargo movements, transportation costs, performance indicators).
• Support internal and external audits related to logistics operations

What are we looking for?

• Education: Technical Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Logistic Coordination Technician in the oil & gas industry or similar role
• Languages: Portuguese and English
• Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of management systems, crew and personnel logistics, and HSE Standards
• Certification: HSE
• IT Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP System
