Oral Arts Dental Lab is seeking a Log-In Specialist to join our Huntsville, AL team. This role ensures incoming cases are accurately logged and prepared for production, coordinating with dental offices and internal departments.

The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficient use of dental lab software. Opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to read and write proficiently.

Responsabilités

• Accurately log incoming cases, remakes, and repairs into the dental laboratory software system.
• Identify and verify account information, ensuring correct shipping details are applied.
• Execute changeover procedures when modifications to the department, due date, materials, or other details occur.
• Follow alert procedures by reading and responding to alerts and documenting notes on work tickets.
• Review prescriptions (RX) and case materials, organizing them into appropriate colored pans.
• Coordinate with the internal customer service department and dental offices as needed.
• Utilize various software systems to retrieve and attach dental scans to the corresponding cases.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership
