Job summary

Oral Arts Dental Lab is seeking a full-time Expeditor in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on expediting high-priority cases, coordinating with QA, shipping, and other departments, and generating daily production reports.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with fax, copy machine, and general administrative equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to work well in a team and independently; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Scan production for each technician using a hand scanner.
• Run carts of work to Quality Control, shipping and receiving, and other departments as needed.
• Track and expedite the completion of high-priority cases.
• Generate production reports for the department manager and supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Oral Arts is a full-service family owned and operated dental laboratory. We manufacture dental prostheses, such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, orthodontic appliances, etc. and have an immediate need for a full time Expeditor.

Description of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Scan production for each technician using hand scanner
• Run carts of work to Quality Control, shipping and receiving, and/or other departments as needed
• Track and expedite the completion of high priority cases
• Run production reports throughout the day for department manager and supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Required experience:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have working knowledge of fax, copy machine, and general administrative equipment.
• Must have working knowledge of desktop applications including Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment, as well as an individual work environment.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay/Salary is based on relevant experience.
