Job summary

Clendenin Lumber Co. in Donalds, SC is seeking a Log Yard Technician to join our growing team. The role centers on operating a front-end loader and a knuckle boom to unload and load trucks, and to grade and scale logs according to company guidelines.

You will work in a hot and noisy industrial environment, must hold a valid SC driver's license, and demonstrate strong teamwork and safety awareness. First shift with full benefits available.

Qualifications

• Adherence to plant safety and environmental guidelines.
• Chainsaw operation experience preferred.
• Scaling, trimming and preparing logs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader and knuckle boom to unload/load trucks.
• Grade and scale logs per company guidelines.
