Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers in the construction of log homes by carrying materials and tools as needed.

• Prepare job sites by clearing debris and ensuring a clean workspace is maintained.

• Measure and cut materials according to specified dimensions and requirements.

• Help assemble log structures by holding, securing, and installing components as directed.

• Perform cleanup tasks following construction activities to maintain safety and organization on the job site.

• Load and unload materials and equipment, ensuring they are transported safely and efficiently.

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in construction or labor-related work is a plus.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods of time.

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction.
