Qualifications

• Previous experience in a janitorial or a similar setting.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and moderate physical effort.
• Preferred experience with cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and scrubbing.

Responsibilities

• Keep a clean and orderly area at all times.
• Communicate status of cleaned areas to supervisor via daily assignments or property management systems.
• Sweep and dust assigned areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment and report maintenance needs for broken or defective items.
• Maintain inventory and organization of cleaning supplies and equipment.
