Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance, including non-technical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Conduct site-wide maintenance: painting, patching walls, tiles, carpeting.
• Inspect and repair interior/exterior areas including fixtures and lighting.
• Assist janitorial/hospitality staff with requests and setup for events.
• Manage campus-wide operations and maintenance programs as assigned.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts when needed.
• Open, track, and resolve electronic work tickets on SpaceX's system.
• Adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
