As a Seasonal Lodge Support, you’ll be an integral part of the guest experience at Honey Brake. From check-in to check-out, you’ll help ensure that each visitor’s stay is seamless, comfortable, and unforgettable.
Hospitality Associate reports to the Lodge Manager and the Director of Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Assist with guest experience and excursions, support both front-of-house and back-of-house lodge operations, including dining, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Assist guests with any request during their stay.
- You’ll work closely with concierge, reservations, culinary, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless, discreet, and exceptional service for VIP clientele.
- Stock hospitality supplies.
Culinary & Events
- Serve as a hospitality concierge or server during events and when needed during guest experiences.
Facility Aesthetics & Guest Experience
- Ensure all guest-facing areas—lodging, dining, lounge, and activity spaces—are clean, well-stocked, and beautifully presented.
- Give guest tours of the lodge and facilities.
Work Conditions
- Fast-paced hospitality environment requiring a high level of attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, during peak seasons.
- Outdoor lodge setting with exposure to natural elements, including seasonal weather variations.
- Hands‑on role requiring active engagement with guests, staff, and operational logistics.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication, organization, and guest relations expertise.
- Strong understanding of Southern hospitality and premium service standards.
- Experience in outdoor recreation, hunting, or fishing environments is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak‑season hours.

Examples of Duties & Responsibilities
AM Shift (4am-1pm):
- Prepare breakfast every morning.
- Daily housekeeping for guest rooms.
- Greeting clients.
Mid Shift (10am-7pm):
- Greeting clients.
- Cleaning common areas as needed.
- Assist in the kitchen with lunch.
- Assist incoming or outgoing client with bags.
PM Shift (12pm-9pm):
- Assist with checking clients in and taking them to rooms.
- Assist with kitchen prep for dinner.
- Set dinner placings on dining room tables.
- Serving clients dinner.
