Job summary

Dexterra is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager to lead a large-scale workforce accommodation site, overseeing safety, guest experience, operations, workforce leadership, client relations, reporting, and financial oversight. The role directs multiple service lines across accommodations, front desk, food services, housekeeping, janitorial, recreation, and facilities in a high-volume environment.

This onsite role follows a rotation schedule and emphasizes safety culture, unionized workforce

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in workforce accommodation, hotel, or industrial services.
• Experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams and unionized workforce.
• Strong health, safety, and compliance knowledge.
• Experience budgeting, inventory, reporting, and cost controls.
• Excellent client service and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day lodge operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and contract compliance.
• Lead core service areas: accommodations, front desk, food services, housekeeping, janitorial, recreation.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service delivery, hospitality, and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop supervisors and frontline staff across multiple functions.
• Manage staffing levels, occupancy forecasts, and budget adherence.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate service reviews and KPI updates.
• Ensure timely reporting, data accuracy, and administrative compliance.
