Job summary

The Lodge Ambassador at Lakehouse Resort in San Marcos represents the Lake San Marcos Lake and Lodge and Citizens Development Corporation. You will build relationships with active and recurring members, promote benefits, and maintain a welcoming, professional presence as a representative of the company.

Your duties include managing recreation court reservations, dock and lake clean-up, issuing access passes, enforcing lake rules, verifying membership, assisting new residents, and coordinating

• Must remain professional.
• Able to lift 75 lbs.
• Maintain composure and courtesy.
• Be a good teammate.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by business demands.
• Willingly perform other reasonable tasks and duties as assigned by Management.

Responsibilities

• Take recreation court reservations.
• Lake clean-up, including clearing docks, canals, and community docks of debris/trash.
• Clean up requests for private docks/boats.
• Issuing access passes to property.
• Understanding and enforcing Lake San Marcos Rules and Regulations.
• Verifying membership by utilizing club management software.
• Handing out appropriate forms to new members and residents.
• Provide membership information for outside inquiries and current members.
• Checking property daily for issues, repairs, liability issues and non-members.
• Monitor recreation courts to verify all members.
• Make nightly cash drops and bank audits.
• Able or willing to learn to drive marine vessels.
• Maintain a clean workspace/environment.
• Communicate with management daily.
