Job summary

RealManage is seeking an Onsite Janitorial Associate for Zephyr Mountain Lodge Association in Winter Park, CO. This part-time role offers a pay range of $23.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience, with duties focused on cleaning, maintenance, safety, and inventory management within a resort community.

Responsibilities include cleaning tasks, basic maintenance, safety compliance, stock management, and teamwork with other staff. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a janitor, cleaner, or similar role.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment usage.
• Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move heavy objects.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as required.
• Attention to detail in cleaning and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning Tasks: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Dusting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly.
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and floors.
• Refilling soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed.
• Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Polishing furniture and metal fixtures.
