Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician is helpful but not required.
• Ability to handle basic maintenance and work order tasks on your own with limited supervision.
• Willing to learn and be a respected part of the team.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspect the interior and exterior of the property and report deficiencies.
• Perform routine maintenance of mechanical systems, HVAC, and fire alarm systems.
• Ensure the cleanliness of common areas such as hot tubs and parking garage.
• Perform snow removal from low-hanging roofs and sidewalks.
• Actively participate in a Work Team environment.
