Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Table Games Supervisor for The Lodge Casino in Black Hawk, CO. The role leads a pit team, ensures outstanding guest service, and manages dealer rotations and scheduling.

You will work in a fast-paced casino environment with a focus on compliance, training, and performance. Colorado gaming regulations and licensing are required, along with strong English and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Intermediate English reading and writing skills.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• One year of Dual-Rate Table Game experience.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Must be able to supervise all table game variations.
• Knowledge of Colorado Gaming regulations.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Must have a valid Colorado Gaming License.
• Identification that establishes identity.
• Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control a table games pit to assure delivery of customer service.
• Knowledge of policies and procedures; sound technical understanding of table games.
• Adhere to ICMPs and regulations; ensure compliance by Table Games staff.
• Monitor adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop players, rating and tracking; maintain superior customer service.
• Manage dealer rotations and daily scheduling.
• Maintain pit supplies and administration records.
• Be a positive role model with dependable attendance.
• Support Colorado Gaming Act, Regulations, and IRS reporting.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Monitor and control an area of a table games pit consisting of one or more games to assure delivery of customer service
• Responsible for having knowledge of the various policies and procedures required of the position. Sound technical understanding of table games
• Game protection/adherence to ICMPs and regulations
• Monitor adherence by all Table Games personnel to company policies, procedures, and standards, and/or compliance to all applicable government regulations
• Player development, rating, and tracking
• Maintain superior customer service to all internal and external customers
• Manage dealer rotations and daily scheduling
• Maintain supplies in pit
• Generate and maintain all pit administration functions
• Behave as a positive role model and maintain a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and/or lateness
• Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following:Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
