Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Urology required.
• Active Illinois license or IMLC License of Qualification (LOQ).
• Comfortable with office-based and OR procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Urology care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Conduct surgical procedures and provide support in the OR as needed.
• Respond within 15 minutes during on-call shifts.

Procedures

• General Urology (bread & butter cases)
• Office-based cystoscopy
• OR procedures and emergent hospital support

Requirements

• BC/BE in Urology
• Active IL license or IMLC LOQ
• ACLS and BLS
• 2+ years' experience

Credentialing & Travel

• ~90-day credentialing
• Travel, lodging, and rental car/mileage covered
