Practice Details

Schedule

• 8a-5p clinic/procedural days
• Flexible 10-day/month schedule
• 15-minute response time while on-call
• Block scheduling available

Procedures

• General Urology (bread & butter cases)
• Office-based cystoscopy
• OR procedures and emergent hospital support

Requirements

• BC/BE in Urology
• Active IL license or IMLC LOQ
• ACLS and BLS
• 2+ years' experience

Credentialing & Travel

• ~90-day credentialing
• Travel, lodging, and rental car/mileage covered
