Job summary

IMP Locum Tenens, LLC seeks a General Medical Oncologist with a strong GI Oncology focus for outpatient coverage in Massachusetts. This is an excellent long-term locums opportunity with an anticipated 1-year assignment and the possibility of extension.

The ideal candidate will cover two outpatient oncology locations in Fitchburg and Worcester, MA. Local candidates are preferred, but travel candidates may be considered if they can provide consistent coverage. Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Strong focus in GI Oncology.
• Outpatient oncology experience.
• Bone marrow biopsy experience preferred.
• Coverage across two outpatient oncology locations in Fitchburg and Worcester, MA.
• Local candidates preferred; travel candidates considered if coverage is consistent.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient coverage in Massachusetts.
• Work 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE).
• Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 4 days per week; 8 clinic sessions.
• See approximately 10–16 clinic patients per day.
• Care primarily in GI Oncology with EMR Epic.
• APP and RN navigator support; clinic director and manager on site.

We are seeking a Locums General Medical Oncologist with a strong focus in GI Oncology to provide outpatient coverage in Massachusetts. This is an excellent long-term locums opportunity with an anticipated 1-year assignment and the possibility of extension.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide coverage across two outpatient oncology locations in Fitchburg and Worcester, Massachusetts. Local candidates are preferred, but travel candidates may be considered if they can provide consistent coverage.

Compensation: $450 Per Hour
